Food and sugar are webbed into every aspect of our lives – socially, emotionally, and physically. Sugar and food cravings only intensify as you feed into them. When one candy bar used to suffice, now an entire bag of candy is needed to satisfy that urge. Does what you eat control you or do you control what you eat? Finding the answers to all these questions is an important component of overcoming a sugar addiction.

This sets the foundation for the rest of the program. Level two and three consist of omitting all refined sugars and concentrated sugar. Level four focuses on a low or no carb diet.
